The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has deleted over 80,000 companies from its register, for refusal or failure to file their Annual Returns to CAC.
The commission assumed that for a company to refuse or fail to file its "annual returns" to the commission for 10 years, such a company might no longer exist.
